Serena Ball is a registered dietitian, food writer, and co-author of the best-selling The 30-Minute Mediterranean Diet Cookbook and the newly released Easy Everyday Mediterranean Diet Cookbook.
She is Contributor to FoodNetwork.com and her work also appears in Relish magazine, on SpryLiving.com, and CookingLight.com. She co-created the Healthy Kitchen Hacks column in the Food & Nutrition Magazine of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.
Serena cooks up healthy recipes for her regular appearances on The Morning Show on FOX TV2, St. Louis. As a Culinary Instructor at the Kitchen Conservatory, she leads Mediterranean cooking classes.
Serena blogs at TeaspoonOfSpice.com about delicious recipes and time-saving Healthy Kitchen Hacks and she produces bi-weekly Facebook LIVEs to demonstrate simple and fun ways to put Healthy Kitchen Hacks into practice.

Carolyn Williams PhD, RD
Carolyn Williams is a culinary nutrition expert, dietitian, author, and a 2017 James Beard Journalism Award winner who is known for her ability to simplify the science behind health eating. Carolyn’s work is regularly featured in print and online for publications that include EatingWell, Real Simple, Parents, Health, Allrecipes, Prevention, Diabetic Living, My Fitness Pal, eMeals, and the American Heart Association.
In 2019, she released Meals That Heal: 100+ Everyday Anti-Inflammatory Recipes in 30 Minutes or Less, a cookbook that teaches readers how to use the healing powers of food in quick, family-friendly recipes to improve overall health. Her next cookbook, One Pot Meals That Heal, is scheduled for release in Fall 2021. She is currently working on co-creating and co-hosting a podcast that explores the connection between food and mental wellness called Happy Eating.
