Our organization has worked with Melissa several times for media training. We keep asking her back because the experience and results are so good. She makes the planning, communication with participants, and overall experience seamless. Everyone goes into the training with some nerves, but Melissa quickly puts people at ease with her approachable manner and focus on preparation. In our most recent staff media training, she was able to adjust to everyone’s particular needs and provide realistic tips and advice for each of their situations. She fostered conversation and feedback with the entire group. It was honestly one of the most fun media trainings we’ve done!
