With extensive media experience as a spokesperson for the food, grocery and healthcare industries, I specialize in training other health professionals on media skills including on-camera, interview and messaging skills, to help them create and deliver meaningful messages that engage and empower audiences.
I love working with brands and commodities that align with my Guilt-Free RD philosophy and helping people digest food and nutrition information so they can make well-informed decisions based on facts, not fear. My goal is to empower people to enjoy their food with health in mind.
With more than 20 years of media experience as a spokesperson for organizations such as the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, American Association of Diabetes Educators, National Dairy Council, Jewel-Osco supermarkets, and Chicago-area hospitals, I’ve conducted more than 200 live TV interviews in the Chicago market and nationally as well as countless radio and print interviews.
I’m the host of the Sound Bites Podcast where I interview leading experts in the food and nutrition space and delve into the science, psychology and strategies behind good food and nutrition.
